Our mission is “Bringing a memorable ramen experience to the world” — We serve each dish with this mission in mind.

Japanese cuisine and food culture, including hospitality, are being recognized around the world. Among them, ramen has become one of the most beloved Japanese dishes, gaining fans all around the world. We offer our original style of NOBUNAGA Ramen with the spirit of Japanese hospitality (omotenashi), delivering a truly memorable dining experience.

NORIYASU SUSUKIDA

Born in Saga Prefecture in July, 1987.
He joined the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force at 18, receiving extensive training and earning the Seirei Award at the Education Corps. In 2008, he was deployed to the Indian Ocean under the Special Measures Law on Terrorism.

After completing his service at 21, he joined Teppen Co., Ltd., quickly becoming a store manager and achieving record-breaking sales. He was recognized as Japan’s top store manager at the Izakaya Koshien competition, which involved 1,500 stores and 5,000 visitors.

He later became President and Representative Director of Teppen, gained experience in overseas expansion, and in 2016, established DLE Holdings Co., Ltd. He now oversees businesses including restaurants, beauty salons, eight franchise and company-owned stores, as well as corporate training and seminar operations.
